Have I been gone for far too long?

Watching Saw II (Creepy, psycho movie)
    Feeling kinda spooked.

Well please let me know if I've been gone for forever. I just haven't had much interesting things to write about. Schools the same; still made fun of, still boring, still totally annoying. I still hate school. It's almost Halloween though! I love Halloween at my school; we have a halloween costume contest and we get to hang around outside.

It's been getting really cold around here. I've been freezing and walking around in a scarf. Fingertips turning red and slowly purple, running to get to my next area so that I don't have to be outside too long. It's kind of nice though. I like the seasons changing.

I've started to wear glasses now, too. Changes have been occurring. I actually like the glasses though; I can see better and I think they look kinda cute on me. I've also taken up figure skating in the time I've been gone. I'm just starting and taking lessons, but hopefully I'll be able to skate well soon.

Well my life is boring so I guess I'll just end the post. If I haven't been commenting on your blogs lately, sorry. I've been busy. I hope all of you guys whose blogs I'm following are living good lives. I hope you guys are doing good. I might talk to you soon, if I can get more time on blogger.

I'm having a storm of happiness!

Hey everybody! I am so freaking happy, I don't think anything can really ruin my day!

Okay, so first off I saw City of Ember and let me tell you; one of the best movies EVER! I loved it. It was insanely good. I want all of you to go out and watch it. I thought it was good (:
And if that wasn't enough to make my day so great, I also got my pre-ordered Hey Monday CD! BOOYAH!
Hey Monday is a really great band, I think you should all check it out.
Those two things made my day great, even though that's all that happened...
More news that's pretty good; I'm almost done with Breaking Dawn and it's a great book.
Sunday, I might get to meet All Time Low (EEP!), if I can beg my parents and persuade them to let me go.
And all these nice comments that everyone leaves me, those are amazing! Probably one of the things that is making me a much happier person (: Thanks to everybody so much. I hope everyone is having a good weekend (well it's a weekend for me... No school!) and a good Friday.

    No school=BEST THING EVER!

Hey peeps. Sorry I've been so scarce. I haven't had much going on, but I'll explain everything that has happened in the past few days.

We tied our soccer game on Tuesday and I actually got to play forward! For like... 3 minutes and I didn't do anything, but still! It was super fun.
And now it is Thursday... AND I have off until Tuesday (: Thank you Yom Kippur!
I love holidays... I get to sleep in, hang out with friends, and do whatever the heck I want!
There's nothing really to say except for what I plan on doing over this looong weekend.
Today: starting figure skating lessons and then maybe hanging out with some people (if not, then I'm just home on the computer XP)
Friday: going to see 'City of Ember'. Oh yeah, that movie seems totally rad! I can't wait to see it. I might go with my friend who's sister is my sister's age so that would work out perfectly!
Saturday: might hang out with Tiffani... Maybe...
Sunday: Hanging with Lizz or Amanda...? I don't really know yet.
    Monday: no freaking idea XD
And then Tuesday I go back to school.
OH and please check this guy out... Mitchell Davis! He is hilarious. My new obsession (:
There's no more to say really, so bye!

    Pathetic rant. Care to read?

    Gah! I'm exceptionally mad today!

Want to know why? If not, then you can just stop reading now. If you really want to know, read on compassionate people!
Okay, so in my soccer game today. When I went back into the game in the 2nd half, I think that I lost my sense of playing soccer or something for a couple of seconds.
And guess what. A couple of seconds is enough time for me to screw everything up!
We were currently tied, 0-0. We even had a chance of WINNING the game if it wasn't for me.
I was playing defense and the ball was near the goal. I wanted to help out with getting the ball to one of our offense players. This could have possibly worked if the goalie and I actually communicated. I had just kicked the ball when I heard the goalie saying that she had it. I backed off to let her get the ball. Long story, short, goalie couldn't get the ball, leaving the other team to score. The final score was 1-0, them.
After the game, nobody really said anything to my face, but I could tell they were pissed at me. The only people who actually tried to make me feel better were my true, supportive friends on the team. There are only 1 or 2.
I started packing up my books when one of my teammates told this jackass (excuse my French) that it was ALL my fault that we lost the game. I don't disagree with her, but I am mad that she would tell this guy out of everybody (let's just say he doesn't like me at all and loves to make me feel insignificant).
I'm honestly scared to death to go to school tomorrow because everyone's going to hate me ): If that guy (mentioned before as 'jackass') says one thing at all about me messing up in the game, I'll chew him out so bad that he'll be scared to even look my way. He's always been mean to me and this'll be the last straw if he mentions my messing up in the game. I guess this is somewhat positive because I can finally stand up to him.
I know this isn't needed from you guys, but if someone could try to cheer me up, that'd be great. Or if you can offer some form of positive words, whether it be something to make me happy or something encouraging.
Thanks for reading (: I know my life is totally lame and pathetic.

    I hate my foot.

Dammit! My stupid foot still hurts so I couldn't play in my soccer game! And now I'm upset because maybe the team needed me ): I also can't go to dance today.

    It sucks.
    Big time.
Grr today was a bad day for me I guess.
So I couldn't walk like a normal, functioning person today. That sucked. I couldn't play soccer. Which sucks. A few people were being two faced. One second they acted like they like me, the next they act like I don't exist. That sucked, too.
Well there were some good parts of my day. I guess me and some of my friends got closer.
I don't have much to write about ):
    Sorry everybody.

    Dear readers, sincerely me;
    Alyssa.

    Gah!

    Sorry I haven't been posting!

Lotsa homework. Thanks everyone who comments and follows (:
So I'll make a longer post if I have time.
BUT here's a quick news thingy: I hurt my foot playing soccer today! Now I might not be able to play in the game tomorrow ): Hopefully, I can heal quick and play because my team needs me.
And I'm still reading Eclipse (to those who care).
I finally got Fast Times At Barrington High by The Academy Is. That CD is the freaking awesomest thing I've ever heard!
&& I can play guitar again because I ordered guitar picks and they finally arrived! Before I lost the only pick I had, so I couldn't play too many songs. BUT NOW I CAN! So keep checking back and I might tell you what songs I know how to play (:

    Thanks for reading, loves.

PJ day always makes me sleepy.

WELL, if you see the title of this here post, you can guess what day of Spirit Week it was. PAJAMA DAY! I came to school in prettiful PJs. It was fuuuun (: I guess I'm bipolar, because today I had serious mood swings. Honestly, one second I was on TOP OF THE WORLLLLLLLDDD! then the next I was pissed or at rock bottom. So yeah.

    That's pretty much it (:

Guess this is goodbye my lovely readers.

    With lurve, Alyssa.

Let me fill you guys in . . .

Sorry for not posting for so long ): My life's been so busy&hectic, I had no time.

^^That was for anybody reading my blog. I lurve readers (:
Back to the point of blogging; actually writing about what happened.
Okay, so last time I posted, was what? 4 days ago?
So since Saturday, a lot has happened. On Sunday, it was my mom's birthday party, so my friend who I hardly ever see came to my house, along with a lot of other people.
Monday (yucky, sad day) was a crappy day for me. I was about to post and complain about my life (which I shouldn't be doing, because my life isn't that bad, but whatever), but it would be WAY to much if I posted it all on Monday. I've calmed down since then, so now I can write and complain. My moods were swinging on the swing on that Monday. One second I was happy, the next totally pissed and sad.
Tuesday! I am so freakin' sore from yesterday. For one thing, I had my first soccer game of the season (7/8 GIRLS! WHOOT WHOOT!), against a monstrously hard team. I got pushed down a few times, but I didn't go down without a fight; I elbowed those girls right back! Unfortunately, we lost 3-0. I also accidentally headed the ball into OUR goal. BUT the coach kept me in for the whole game after that, so I guess I didn't mess up so bad. After the soccer game, I had time to run to a dance store to pick up shoes (which aren't even the right ones . . . I need to change them) and also got these smokin' hot leg warmers. They have fuchsia and black stripes (: Then I had like NO time for homework before I went to dance class, which also made me sore (we did jive and rumba for those of you who are wondering). Then I went back home and had a load of homework to do. Busy day, huh?
TODAY WAS AWESOME! Except for the part of people leaving me out and making fun of me again. Great. Anyways, it was a theme day for spirit week; Decades Day. I TOTALLY DRESSED LIKE THE 80s. For the win :D It was cool. BUT again, people were mean to me, so it wasn't the best day of my life. I hope tomorrow's better.
I guess I'm boring you . . . So I guess I shall end this post before you all die of boredom.
Keep checking back for more about the life of a totally rad 8th grader (:

    Fer shure; Alyssa.

    Saturday, September 13, 2008

I've survived about a week of 8th grade!

    Whoot whoot!

Tis true. I have survived my first week of 8th grade.
Wanna know how it went? *reader nods head*. Of course you do.
There are new people in my grade (eek! I suck at meeting new people). 3 boys and 2 girls. I'm like best friends with one of the new girls (Ima call her T). I've talked to the new boys a bit, but I'm not sure about any of them. Or the other new girl.
So I got over my shyness for a bit to meet these people. Nice.
I also haven't taken one test or quiz in my first week. Schweetness. I did need to write an essay for English . . .
I have my first quiz and test on Monday. Yucky. Picture day Monday, too. I don't wanna take my picture 'cause I got braces this year and I think I look bad with them. But I gotta suck it up ):
Good news: My best friend who I haven't seen since the 4th of July is coming to my house! YAYS! I can't wait (:
My mom also came back from San Francisco! It's her bday today so Happy Birthday to her! She brought me a cute jacket from San Francisco. It's really cute.
    Welp. I'm boring aren't I?
Oh, did I mention before that I'm taking Ballroom Dancing lessons? Yep. I'm in this Teen Class thing with a whole mix of different types of dancing. So I've learned the basics of Samba, Rumba, and Jive.
And at school soccer season started (: I'm going for Coach's Award this year, seeing as I won Most Improved last year. So I'm trying to step it up and get better at this sport.
Oh and if you like reading fanfictions, check out the ones I write on mibba.com; My Mibba Profile (scroll down a bit to see a list of my stories).
I have 4 stories; William Beckett (from TAI), Ryan Ross (PATD), Ronnie Winter (Red Jumpsuit Apparatus), and Alex Gaskarth (All Time Low).
    Now I think I'm done.
So hope you guys enjoy your lives.

-peace, around the world, for generations!
    Alyssa (:

What's it like to be me?

What's it like to be me? What's 8th grade REALLY like?

Well then I guess you're at the right place if you really wanna know.
    So here goes.
A blog of a totally weird 8th grader.
This is life, through the eyes of an 8th grader.
What I'm like isn't really important, except for my name. Which is Alyssa.
Let me get on to my day.
It started off on a bad foot when I woke up, because I overslept. Then through the entire car ride, I was worried  I'd be late and get a detention (I live far from my school). A freaking construction vehicle was going 2 miles per DECADE and I knew I'd be late. So I had to bolt into my homeroom. Then I had to go to the basement level (almost tripping and killing myself down about 4 flights of stairs). Then after realizing I forgot one of my supplies for science, I needed to run up the same 4 stairs before my teacher got into the room. I made it with about 5 minutes to spare, so I didn't even need to risk my life on those stairs (keep in mind, I'm really clumsy). That was a total waste.
Nothing else interesting happened until the assembly thingy we had, where my friend (who shall remain nameless for now) and I thought we should start a band. So now that's our goal. After the assembly, we had a few minutes to run around outside or whatever, so we just hung out and tried to decide who'd be the lead singer.
The next and last fun thing that happened was in art class. My friend (the one I'm making band with, we'll call her J) decided that she would name her kids Dolce, Gabana, Chanel, La Croie, Louis (middle name Vuitton), and Prada (I think). That caused me to laugh so hard, my stomach started hurting.
Well I guess I'm boring you now, so byes (:
If you actually like reading about my life, then that's awesome (:
But this is more for writing out what I feel than for people reading. Readers would be awesome though ; )
    Lurve you all (:
    -Alyssa.
